How do I send a package?

Register for free above under "GET YOUR LOCKER" or contact us on WhatsApp. After receiving your locker and instructional sheet. Send your purchases or packages to our We'll Ship It warehouse, Once the packages arrive in Costa Rica and are ready for pick up or delivery we'll provide you with a invoice and contact you.

How much does shipping cost?

Air: $8.00/lb (6–10 days). Sea: $5.00/lb (3–4 weeks, 25 lb min). No extra fees—just pay by weight. Vehicle, container, and moving services are independently quoted. Contact us above for more information.

Can I schedule a pickup for my US shipment?

Yes, you can schedule a pickup for your shipment. Nationwide pickups for large boxes and furniture are collected once a month. Contact us above for more information.

What items can’t be shipped?

Weapons, narcotics, and perishables. CO2 cartridges by air.

Where are your branches?

San Jose, Limon Center, and Puerto Viejo but we deliver across Costa Rica.

Can I ship vehicles?

Yes! We ship vehicles (Cars, SUVS, Jetski, Motorcycles, Electric vehicles, Boats). Door-to-door, Port-to-port, and Door-to-port. We also offer full service which includes obtaining inspection, registration, and plates.

How do I track my package?

Members of our team are always available to offer tracking updates. Just reach out to us on WhatsApp to check your shipment's status.

How do I pay?

We accept Zelle, Paypal, Cashapp, Venmo, SINPE mobile, and cash payments.

What happens if my package is lost or damaged during export?

We'll Ship It insures all packages received and shipped from lost or damages under our care at no additional cost. Items received damaged will not be compensated for.

What happens if my package never arrived to the wearhouse?

We'll Ship It is not responsible for any packages shipped to our faculty that isn't received or signed for by our staff. Be sure to contact us to check if your package was received.
